KES-AMSTA-07 will take place in Wroclaw that is the capital of Lower Silesia located in South-West part of Poland. Wroclaw is known for its over one hundred of bridges and a place where five different rivers joins Oder that is the second longest polish river. Wroclaw is a tremendous example of a multicultural city that in his much over one thousand years history had Polish, Czech, German and Austrian influences. Now the city is known as a very young city with over 100,000 students from almost twenty universities and academia. The symposium will be held at hotel Mercure Panorama that is situated in cultural, communication and business centre of the city, near Market Square.Attractions
Wroclaw has a lot of tourist attractions such as: Panorama Raclawicka, St John the Baptist Cathedra, Ostrow Tumski, Market Square, City Hall. Wroclaw is known from its many cultural events and interesting night-life. Within traveling distance you can find many attractive places such as Karkonosze and Stolowe Mountains (120 km), Prague (260 km) and Berlin (300 km).
